Guided Tours with Auto Start
Matterport tours are interactive, but can require a lot of knowlege on how to manover throughout a property. With a guided tour we can showcase the property in an effective and natural viewing manner. No mouse clicking unless you want to go rouge!
QR Codes
Since 2020 QR codes have been common practice among multiple everyday uses. Our QR codes can be used static or dynamic. Static meaning can not be changed once it is created vs a dynamic QR code that can be edited and reprogrammed.
Virtual Reality
Virtual Reality is an immersive experience using 3D technology. This experience is delivered through a headset, an example being Oculus by Meta. Now your potential buyers can view more properties without even starting up their car!

Do I need to be present for a scan?
No. We have Lockbox access! If you would like to inform your seller how the process will go, or if you would like to stop in and say hello that works too! When on sight scanning is being preformed please stress to the home owner that it is ideal for them to not be present or for them to at the least be on a different floor than the one being scanned. This eliminates photo bombing!
Can Pictures be edited?
Yes 2D pictures can be edited for an additional fee. To limit the amount of editing needed there are proactive tasks we can complete to get the best results possible. We will have a Checklist of tasks that will guarantee the best results.
2D Pictures can also be digitally staged for an additional fee.
When can I expect deliverables?
Deliverables will be sent over as soon as possible. Give 2 days after onsite scan to gather all pictures. Rendering of each model takes several hours given the size of the project.
Larger property scans (roughly 3,000Sqft or more) may be subject to an additional fee
How long does it take?
Scans take a minimum of 1 hour depending on the size of the project.
Can Drone Pictures be delivered 100% of the time??
No. Unfortunately this can not be done do to a few factors. Weather conditions and restricted airspace are two obstacles when flying.
